Executive Director
Provides strategic leadership and direction for all TuFHA programs. Oversees coordination with national and international stakeholders to ensure quality and sustainability of services across Tuvalu.
Program Officer
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring TuFHA's health programs and activities in line with national health objectives and donor frameworks. Second to the ED in strategic operations and program oversight.
Senior Nurse
Provides clinical support at TuFHA’s main clinic including SRH services, HIV testing, counselling, and patient education.
Assistant Nurse
Provides clinical support at TuFHA’s main clinic including SRH services, HIV testing, counselling, and patient education.
Contracted Nurse
Provides clinical support at TuFHA’s main clinic including SRH services, HIV testing, counselling, and patient education.
Youth Officer
Leads youth engagement programs, trains peer educators, and coordinates youth-centered outreach and awareness campaigns across schools and communities.
Senior Finance Officer
Leads TuFHA’s finance department, ensuring transparent accounting, auditing compliance, and donor financial reporting.
Assistant Finance Officer
Supports financial operations by preparing reports, processing payments, and maintaining budget tracking tools.
Data M&E / IT Officer
Manages data systems, dashboard analytics, and IT infrastructure. Leads monitoring & evaluation processes for impact reporting.
Admin Officer
Oversees administrative operations including procurement, staff coordination, and office management for smooth daily operations.
Support Officer
Assists with logistics, transport, and field preparations for outreach activities and provides on-site support during events.
